Shipping Policy & Total Delivery Time
Thank you for shopping at Pridehomestyle. As specialists in made-to-order apparel, our shipping process is divided into two key stages to ensure quality and transparency.
TRANSPARENCY NOTE: The most important estimate is the Total Delivery Time (TDT) = Processing Time + Shipping Time. All figures are based on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
1. Order Processing & Quality Check
Since every product is custom made just for you upon order, we require time to print, dry, and pass a quality control check.
- Processing Time: Please allow 1-3 business days for production before your order is shipped.
- Cut-Off Time: Orders are entered into production daily at 10:00 AM. Orders placed after this time start processing the next business day.
*The Processing Time is **not** included in the Shipping Time estimates below.*
2. Shipping Rates & Total Delivery Estimates (TDT)
Shipping charges for your order are calculated based on your location and the weight of your items, and will be displayed at checkout.

Note: Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen events (e.g., severe weather, customs inspections).
3. Tracking, Customs, and Liability
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order leaves our facility. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your order directly on our Track Your Order Page.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International)
Please be advised that Pridehomestyle is not responsible for any import duties, customs taxes, or VAT applied to your international order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. We advise checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
Lost or Damaged Packages (Liability Mitigation)
We package all items securely, and while the risk of loss transfers to the shipping carrier upon dispatch, we are committed to helping our customers resolve these issues.
- Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, please document the damage (photos of packaging and contents) and contact the carrier immediately to file a claim.
- Lost Package: If tracking stalls or shows “delivered” but is missing, you must contact the carrier to initiate a trace or claim.
- Our Commitment: In either case, please also notify us at [email protected]. We will **assist you** by providing any necessary documents (shipping manifest, original invoice) to support your claim with the carrier.
